The Features I need include: * Separate side zip, enclosed boot compartments * Separate easy access, helmet compartment that also holds googles, gloves and neckie. * Separate central compartment for all the extra gear/layers/etc. * Outside pockets for tools, handwarmers, etc. of which this pack has 2 plus an elastic side bottle pouch. * Backpack Straps that are comfortable, strong and stable. This is a great backpack. Works well for ski races but also as a travel pack. Ski boots fit into side pockets, helmet fits into a top pocket.

Nice quality bag! Made very well. The only thing not sure of is it might be too big for a carry on bag which we were hoping for. Guess we’ll find out soon. No matter, wow…everything you need (and things you don’t need) will fit into this bag. All ski accessories, boots, one or two changes of clothing, helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, snacks, a toddler, lol
