2027 Salomon Ski Boots for Men
Built on the trusted fit of the original Alpha, the S/Pro Alpha BOA® 120 delivers smooth, responsive energy transfer thanks to Salomon’s revolutionary ExoDrive construction and Powerlink lower pivot. The 98 mm last ensures a performance-driven fit, while the cuff-mounted BOA® Fit System brings micro-level precision and maximum control.
Exceptional foot wrapping
The innovative 3rd cuff overlap design delivers incredible heel retention by enhancing wrapping around the ankle and helping the boot flex as one unified, powerful system.
Assisted transmission
A lowered pivot point and increased cuff surface enhance direct energy transfer, maximizing power transmission and control.
Redesigned premium fit
The reworked S/Pro CF Expert liner with 4D construction, premium finishes, and new, edgeless Custom Tongue 2.0 offer endless personalization options for a tailored fit.
Adjustment
- Screwed cuff alignment pivot: This easy to remove 45 mm thick strap holds the lower leg securely in place and optimizes power transmission, while an elastic section enhances rebound and progressiveness.
- 6mm back spoiler in the box: A plastic piece that can be scratched on the back of the boot, between the top of the cuff and the liner, to provide skiers with additional forward lean and more engagement.
- Powerlink™: A metallic component that reinforces the Exodrive™ system by securely linking the cuff and shell, while remaining compatible with traditional cuff alignment.
- Full service: The buckles, toothplate, strap and oversized pivot are screwable so dismantling the boot is easy and bootfitters can easily access all parts when working on customizing the fit.
Boot Shell
- Custom Shell™ HD: The Custom Shell™ HD process lets bootfitters personalize to the boot’s lower shell or the shell and cuff, in 10 minutes while thin wall construction and new materials keep the foot closer to the shell
- Polyurethane: A material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, reliable progressivity and good power transmission.
Cuff
- Power spine: This metal plate links the cuff and the shell to provide strong back support, progressive rebound out of the turn, and powerful forward flex no matter the snow conditions.
- Exodrive™: Featuring a third cuff overlap, Exodrive™ enhances foot wrapping and power transfer, while added plastics, PU layering, and a shifted pivot improve transmission and absorb shocks.
- Polyurethane: Material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, progressivity and good power transmission.
Insole
- Light 2 footbed: Slightly shaped, lightweight footbed made of special, lighter foams.
Liner
- Custom Tongue 6: This reworked removable tongue features an edgeless construction for instant comfort, premium finishes, and endless customization options for a truly tailored fit.
- S/Pro CF Expert: A pre-shaped liner with cushioned foams, external Talyn® for a precise fit, an elastic toe box for extra space, and a fully customizable edgeless tongue for a tailored, premium fit.

- Gripwalk premounted ISO 23223: Gripwalk pads are premounted and their specific shape offers improved walking comfort and more grip no matter the conditions.
